There are currently several trials exploring the efficacy and safety of Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitors in progressive MS. These include placebo-controlled trials of tolebrutinib in nSPMS and PPMS, and a study comparing the efficacy and safety of fenebrutinib in PPMS to that of ocrelizumab.
